Pink Pieces Of Tissue When Wiping Growth On Hamster Ear - No Bleeding, Not Inside?

Growth on hamster ear - no bleeding, not inside? - pink pieces of tissue when wiping

I had my male dwarf hamsters Campbell almost a year. Yesterday I noticed that I have a little growth in his left ear. It is a kind of yellowish-white with a little pink at the base, whereby the tip of the ear. No bleeding, and it seems to be causing him discomfort - I thought it was glued to his ear and took a small piece of wet tissue to try to clean it, and was simply curious to learn just what it was no reaction if it touches me.

What is possible? He has long fingernails, if I could have scratched his ear, and he is simply too difficult to heal? I read a little about the abscess, but it is rather long and pointed to one of them.

I tried to photograph them, but it's really hard to stay calm:

If you look closely, you can see, the sort in his left ear.

What should I do? Is it really a big problem if you do not mind, andnot grow, or what?

This could be a number of things that you should not do anything now other than an eye on him. To scruffing a better idea might try to get it (gently) You, the skin between the back of the head and shoulders to calm him.
It could be nothing more than a grain of, yes ... Hamsters get keys, or could be the beginning of an infection. But he will not draw hasty conclusions. Only an eye on him and be prepared to consult a veterinarian if no improvement within a week.

Well, there is cause a lot of things that tumors may like - mostly fatty tumors that are not a danger to hamsters and feel uncomfortable if they become too large.

I would say leave him here. If you do not let go of fear. When you start or unbearable pain, consult a veterinarian.

If you leave now, the veterinarian may be removed, but many times these things happen only once.

I truly believe that we stop him now, instead of through it would take the stress of vet visits and surgery for a rare form of cancer!

Good luck!

Well, my sister, a hamster once and had a huge tumor in the left ear. He was literally larger than his head, but she does not feel! There was no pain or anything. Perhaps your hamster has had a tumor? If it might get him to the vet, but you never know who might be annoying is the bedding or something. Good luck! Hamsters are adorable little things right? "
